Once you have seen a property you’d like to view give us a call and we will be happy to arrange a viewing.

If you like what you view we’ll agree terms with you on the Landlords behalf, subject to contract and references.

There are no referencing fees and once your references have been approved we will send you a tenancy agreement to sign.

You sign and return, forward us the rent and deposit then we can give you the keys to your new home!

Throughout your tenancy your property will be inspected & maintained as per your agreement.
